Sunrise

I woke up early this morning, my eyes half open i could see some orange light through the window. I thought i am really not awake, the orange color does not make sense. I did not think a second of the sunrise, also because the last days were very grey and cloudy, so i got used to waking up "the head in the clouds". So this morning, even if i was tired and not willing to get out of bed, this beautiful sunrise put me in a good mood :)
I know lately i only post pictures of the view from my flat .. but i must say it is very special for me, and i know i won't be living for ever in Paris .. so i try to enjoy and share this very nice view over the rooftops of Paris.  But i'll try to post some other pictures of Paris .. not only from my window ;)

Voilà, le panorama. You gotta click on it to see it better, bigger. That picture was taken some days ago .. now Paris is rather grey and rainy  .. but it is okay .. i have plenty of stuff to do so i don't feel so bad if not going outside ;)

I can't get enough of the view .. I could sit there for hours looking over the roofs of Paris, it is very quiet and i like that a lot especially in such a dynamic city. I actually can enjoy the sunrise every morning, my flat is directly facing East, it is so great to wake up with a light pink sky (when not cloudy hehe). I will post soon a Panorama picture of the view ..

Wandering late

It has been nearly a year since i went last time to Northern France. Some late afternoon, T. and i went to Wambrechies, we walked along the small harbour, wandered in the parc along the water, very nice automn colors, very peaceful .. until a big storm showed up.

Paris tout gris

A very long and relaxed weekend in Paris. The weather was rather grey and rainy, especially when T. and I went to the Sacré Coeur. But today we walked along the Canal Saint Martin and it was very nice, because of the automn colors. I am actually very much enjoying these grey/fresh days .. as the streets are not so busy, it all goes a bit more quite and relaxed in the Capital. It is also nice to put on a big warm sweater, drink coffee at a terrasse ...

Tschüss Berlin

Last night i said goodbye to my house from the otherside of the Spree. Also said goodbye to my bike, and to many other important things .. Well i am not so far now .. : Paris. New Adventures, New Cafés, New Favorite Places, etc. I will for sure miss Berlin but i am also looking forward to all the new things expecting me in Paris. Tschüss Berlin & Bonjour Paris!
