I had never seen such a clear sky before, at night it is quite impressive, so many stars, it appears then super bright, it was so clear and beautiful, it is nice to escape the city sometimes and enjoy the pure nature!

Presidio of San Francisco

 

 

 

Presidio is a park on the northern tip of the San Francisco Peninsula in San Francisco, California, within the Golden Gate National Recreation Area. So here we were at the beach by the ocean, when the sun goes down it gets pretty fresh, but it did not seem to bother the crazy naked people .. (somehow it seems very common in San Francisco to stroll naked .. not only at the beach but also in town on a busy saturday afternoon .. don't ask me why .. perhaps they are still stuck in the time of the "Summer of Love"..)

Sea lions, ahhhh it is really cool to see them like that in their natural habitat, they seem to have a cool life, they just hang there .. they are super loud and really stink, but still, i enjoyed looking at them!

Le Fog - San Francisco

 

The fog .. it can be very warm and sunny in san francisco .. but as soon as the fog shows up it gets really chilly. it is quite amazing to see how the fog nearly covers up the golden gate bridge (most postcards sold in SF are with fog, there is no SF without fog) It is funny how it creates a perfect line where you can only see the top of hills or buildings.

The Inn San Francisco

During our stay in San Francisco we stayed at the Inn San Francisco, a victorian house from the early 1870's. The Inn has a great terrasse with a 360° view of San Francisco. It was fun to stay there, plus we were directly in the heart of the "cool" San Francisco :)
